What parts of the UK do you cover?

We travel nationwide and further! Most of our bookings are within London and surrounding counties. For anything further afield additional charges may apply such as hotel fees and travel costs.

What size events can you cater for?

We can cater for almost any size event wether it's a small family gathering or a huge festival. We have a large stock of equipment to cope with higher numbers and can also supply outdoor equipment such as tents and trade counters.

Do you own all of the equipment you use?

For almost all events yes! This allows us to be much more creative and bespoke. This means that we can provide the events that people always remember and why we have a great reputation. Most other companies hire off each other so they have to randomly piece together an event usually ending up with a disjointed affair. Our basis when the company was originally founded was to supply everything in house. There are still a few things that we do not offer in house but can supply at competitive rates due to bulk and long term hire such as generators and toilets, however we only use the best suppliers and guarantee the lowest prices for this.

How do I book? What are your payment terms?

If you would like to make a booking simply call the office line and we will send you details via email or in the post. We would then require a 10-20% deposit of the total fee depending on what you book. The balance is then due before the event. Accounts are available for regular clients.

My venue is asking for a PAT Certificate & Public Liability Insurance, Do you have this?

All of our equipment is PAT tested every year. We currently have public liability insurance of up to £5 million but can extend to £10million if required.

Do you price match?

We are always happy to price match items on like for like quality subject to availability. However this may be difficult as for most of our products there is no comparision.

We always recommend you research thoroughly what you are hiring in the events world as there is so much variation in products. For example, our candy floss machines are made in the US and are designed for commercial use. This means that we can serve much more quickly than other suppliers using chinese made machines (around 20 servings in ten minutes as opposed to 5!). Most companies do not stock US made items due to the cost of buying is in most cases 10 times more. Photos can also be decieving so make sure you check the finer details.

How long does you equipment run for?

All of our manned fun catering packages are based on a four hour running period as we find this to be the most popular and effective running time for private events. However we are happy to run as long as you want and can even provide extra staff on rota shifts to cover long serving periods such as 9-24hour periods.

We can also provide back to back hire days such as a run for services in different locations on sperate days, perfect for corporate hire.

How long does the equipment take to setup?

All the equipment varies however please see below for a rough guide. Keep in mind that it is important to let us jknow about acess as this can seriouly effect timmings.

Chocolate Fountain - 1hr - 1hr 30mins

Double Chocolate Fountain - 2hrs

Popcorn Cart - 15 minutes

Candy Floss Cart - 10 minutes

Frozen Cocktail Machine - 2hrs (due to freeze down time)

Pick n Mix Stand - 10 mins for stand version or 30 mins for table top version

Hot Dog Cart - 45 minutes including cooking time

Ice Cream Bar - 1hr

Do you use fresh produce for each event?

Absolutley yes! we NEVER re use products such as chocolate in our fountains or slush mixture in our frozen cocktail machines.

You only get the best! We never cut corners either such as using oil in our chocolate fountains or supplying cheap substitute sweets in our Pick n Mix Stands

My venue won't allow a certain item, is there anything you can do?

In most cases yes! Most of the time a venue will not allow a certain item due to the fact an unprofessional company has provided there services in the past and not controlled the hire situation, for example guests spilling chocolate on expensive carpets or dropping popcorn around the venue.

We have the experience and solutions to cover most avenues which usually puts venue managers minds at ease. We can even provide floor protection of all of our hire items.

Can you theme or brand your products?

For most items yes we can! We can change artwork, have custom items printed and even provide themed uniformed attendants. If you have an idea of what you want we can do the rest...
